Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RantAI Agents ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You may not share your account credentials with any third party.
  • You may not create accounts through automated means or under false pretenses.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
  • Engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or malicious.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.

4. API Usage

Access to the Service via API is subject to additional rate limits and usage policies. We reserve the right to modify, throttle, or revoke API access at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that your usage violates these Terms or places undue burden on our infrastructure.

API keys must be kept confidential and must not be embedded in publicly accessible code repositories. You are responsible for all API calls made using your credentials, whether authorized by you or not. Usage-based billing applies to all API calls made under your account.

5. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for payment of all such taxes.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment details. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RantAI, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
